Valley of the Kings, Luxor, Egypt — In the famous Valley of the Kings, on the West Bank of Luxor, Egypt, home to the Royal Pharaonic Rulers of Egypt’s past, DNA sampling of the Royal Mummies is taking place. In the tomb KV35, DNA sampling of two mummies named «Young Lady» and «Queen Tye» took place. In the tomb of King Tutankhamon, several DNA samples were taken from the young King.
